ORDER

The delay of 117 days in filing the review petition is sought to be condoned in this petition.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners states that the order of this Court dated 29.10.2024, which is sought to be reviewed, has already been complied and nothing survives in this application.

3.In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the review application is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at SR stage itself.
