ORDER
Though this Court, by its order dated 28.07.2026, has closed the Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.2386 of 2025, by recording the statement of the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of this Court in W.P.No.35123 of 2024, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, the writ petitioner has filed the above Sub Application to reopen / revive the contempt petition.
2. Today, when the sub application is listed for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order of this Court in W.P.No.35123 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 has been complied with.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above sub-application stands closed.
