All the writ petitions, except WP.No.10035 of 2021, have been filed challenging the impugned award dated 06.06.2024, Modified Alignment Report dated 22.06.2018, Detailed Project Report dated 12.06.2024 and the impugned Notifications dated 27.08.2024 & 28.02.2025.
