ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and to take necessary action.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had earlier given a similar representation on 27.01.2024, pursuant to which, the third respondent police, after conducting an enquiry in Petition No.29 of 2024, found that the dispute between the parties was civil in nature and closed the said complaint, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has given another representation dated 18.12.2024. He further submitted that due enquiry would be conducted by the third respondent and that it would be disposed of within a period of four weeks.
