ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.10.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law in light of the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others [(2014) 2 SCC 1] within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 17.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
