PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 04/12/2025 pending before the respondent and further direction directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Pharmacist for the recruitment of 2022 in my application No.113905 within time limit fixed by this Honorable High Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 04/12/2025 pending before the respondent and further directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Pharmacist for the recruitment of 2022 in my application No.113905.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was completed Pharmacist and attended written examination in 2022 and appeared certificate verification and the petitioner has secured enough marks in the written examination. However, so far no communication had been received from the respondent for appointment. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 04.12.2025 and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
