ORDER

The petitioner had initially served as a Teacher in an aided school and thereafter, he has been absorbed in a Government School. The petitioner, claiming revision of scale of pay based on the last drawn salary from the aided school, has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, by referring to a proceedings dated 18.02.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the District Educational Officer, Valliyoor, by proceedings dated 18.02.2026.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
