Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 01.07.2025 passed in RCA No.12 of 2018 by the Sub Court, Tiruvarur confirming the RCOP No. 8 of 2015 dated 28.09.2018 on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruvarur.

ORDER

The tenant is the revision petitioner. The landlord sought for eviction on the grounds of demolition and reconstruction of the building under Section 14(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, as amended by Act 23 of 1973. The Rent Controller and the Appellate Authority have already confirmed the order of eviction.
