ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the

2^nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.317 of 2025, pending on the file of the 2^nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 2^nd respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four (4) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2^nd respondent- police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.317 of 2025 within a period of four (4) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 13.02.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No To:
