ORDER

The present Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.08.2025 and 15.11.2025 and pass orders within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. The representation sent to the first respondent was forwarded to the second respondent in Current Paper No.694 of 2026 and it will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.08.2025 and 15.11.2025 and take appropriate action on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
