This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.09.2025 made in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in RLTOP.No.1 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur.
2.The petitioner is the tenant and the respondent is the landlord.
The respondent/landlord has filed RLTOP.No.1 of 2023 before the District Munsif Court, Melur, seeking eviction against the petitioner/tenant on the ground of wilful default in payment of rent.
