ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed aggrieved by an order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.9095/2022/sa.pa (Revision Petition No....../2022), dated 14.02.2023, refusing to entertain the said revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act , 1983 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act, 1983”), on the ground that the same was filed beyond the period of 90 days prescribed under the proviso to of the Act, 1983.
