O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition challenges the docket order, dated 16.09.2022 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, in E.P.No.647/2021 in A.R.P.Case No.237 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that E.P.No.

647 of 2021 filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Trichy, was closed on 04.08.2025 and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is closed. No cost.
