ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a survey of the land for Plot No.37, in S.No.115/1A, measuring to an extent of 3 cents in Palangulam Village, Ramanathapuram District and fix the four boundaries by considering the petitioner's representations dated 16.05.2025 and 18.01.2026 and issue the certificate of survey or acknowledgment of completion of survey, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject land was allotted to the petitioner and she is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner made representations dated 16.05.2025 and 18.01.2026 before the competent authority, seeking survey and fixation of boundaries in respect of the said property.
