ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent herein wherein the affiliation for the petitioner's College for the academic year 2025-2026 was rejected.

2. Pending writ petition, as admitted by both the parties, the respondent University has granted affiliation for the academic year 2025-2026.

3. As far as the affiliation for the next academic year, namely, 2026-2027 is concerned, the respondent University has addressed a communication to the petitioner Institution on 19.01.2026, calling upon them to produce 15 documents on or before 02.02.2026. In compliance with the said request, the petitioner Institution has addressed a communication to the respondent University on 20.02.2026 enclosing the documents called for by the respondent University. The said communication has been sent by the petitioner College to the respondent University on 21.02.2026. A postal receipt has been enclosed to the said effect.

4. In view of the above said facts, it is clear that only on 21.02.2026, the petitioner Institution has submitted all the documents called for by the respondent University for seeking affiliation for the academic year 2026-2027. Therefore, the respondent University is directed to consider the same and pass orders on or before 31.03.2026.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
