ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing third respondent to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No. 316/1B, measuring an extent of 41.5 cents (Patta No.13088), situated at Sernthamangalam Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, by demarcating the boundaries and making sub-division with the help of the fourth respondent Police on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 5 to 8, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is hereby dispensed with.
