ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 09.01.2026 for issuance of a Natham house-site patta in her favour in respect of the house situated in Survey No.517/2 at Andakkulam Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in continuous possession and enjoyment of the subject property. It is further submitted that, in order to regularise her occupation and obtain a Natham house- site patta in her favour, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.01.2026 before the first respondent.
