O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to conduct survey of the petitioner’s house site in Survey No.351/14, Patta No. 6792, situated at Vilacheri Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner’s application dated 23.09.2024 and consequently fix boundary stones and demarcate the said property and furnish a report to the petitioner to that effect.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance with Sections 9
