O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to make necessary arrangements to survey the petitioner’s land comprised in Survey No.48/6, Patta No.492, measuring an extent of 2 Acres and 42½ Cents, situated at Thamaraikulam, Kannanaloor Village, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, demarcate and earmark its boundaries by fixing survey stones, and consequently direct the second respondent to issue an independent revenue patta to the petitioner in pursuance of his representation dated

24.10.2024 and the subsequent reminder dated 02.09.2025.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries and a representation has also been submitted.
