Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments and obstructions in the Odai leading to “Kattipoondi Lake”, situated in Survey Nos.44/1 and 47/4, Kattipoondi Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and to restore the water course to its original condition.
