ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated
04.03.2026 to the Registry requesting for withdrawal of this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition as the petitioner had earlier not challenged one of the orders passed by the fifth respondent. Recording the said letter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it is made clear that with regard to the merits of the same, once a fresh writ petition is filed, it will be considered in the said writ petition. No Costs. W.M.P.No.8362 of 2026 is closed.
