ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused in Crime No.26 of
2026 on the file of the first respondent seeking to quash the F.I.R wherein they have been implicated for the offence under Section 303(2) BNS 2023.
2.Pending investigation, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have entered into a compromise wherein it has been agreed that the F.I.R may be quashed. The defacto complainant is present on 05.03.2026 and he had expressed his willingness to quash the F.I.R.
3.In view of the above said facts, the F.I.R in Crime No.26 of 2026 on the file of the fist respondent is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
