ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to furnish copy of the order passed in appeal in G1/ 65134/93 to the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an appeal, in which the order was passed on 11.04.1997. However, the said order was not at all served to the petitioner till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's request will be considered within a period of 4 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to issue a copy of the order passed in appeal, in G1/ 65134/93 to the petitioners, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
