ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the complaint under 12 of Domestic Violence Act 2005 pending in DVC.NO. 14 of 2021 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the lis between the petitioners and the respondents had been settled out of Court and therefore, there is no necessity for this Court to adjudicate the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
