ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated
26.01.2022 passed by 2nd respondent.
2. On perusal of records, it appears that this matter has already been posted for hearing on 02.03.2026, however, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, today, this case is listed under the caption “For Dismissal”.
3. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the present case. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
