The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal A.P.No.9 of 2026 against the order of the second respondent dated 12.09.2025. The court finds that the first and second respondents require time for dispute resolution and orders that the appeal be expedited. The ruling is stipulated to be concluded within four months from receipt of the order without delay for a certified copy.

ORDER

The innocuous relief that is prayed for in the writ petition is to dispose of the A.P.No.9 of 2026 pending on the file of the first respondent as against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 12.09.2025 in O.A.No.13 of

2008.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that if ample time is granted, the appeal will be disposed of.

3.Mr.V.Muthukamatchi, learned counsel takes notice for the third and fourth respondents.

4.In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i)A.P.No.9 of 2026 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
