O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the Government Order in G.O.(Rt) No.124, Human Resources Management (Inspection-I) Department, dated 29.03.2023, whereby the petitioner was asked to discharge his functions from Madurai.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation and retired from service on 31.05.2025.
3. In the light of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
