PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent herein namely The Director, The Tamilnadu State Child Protection Academy, Department of Social Defence, No. 300 P.H. Road Kellys, Chennai 600 010 to consider and pass a speaking and detailed order on merits and in accordance with law on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.03.2022 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 4th respondent namely The Director, The Tamilnadu State Child Protection Academy, Department of Social Defence, No. 300 P.H. Road Kellys, Chennai 600 010 to consider and pass a speaking and detailed order on merits and in accordance with law on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.03.2022 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 would submit the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2022 has been considered and the enquiry is under process. So far in the process of enquiry they have found that the 6th respondent has mis-appropriated a sum of Rs.46 Lakhs.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 5, it is evident that the petitioner’s representation dated 15.03.2022 has been considered and the enquiry is under process and hence, no further direction is required.
5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 5, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
