PRAYER; Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 5th respondent herein to conduct kumbabishekam scheduled to be held on 07.09.2022 for Arulmigu Shakthi Vinyagar at Arulmigu Shakthi Maariamman Temple without obtaining prior permission form the respondents 1 to 3 herein and in pursuant to the order passed by the 4th respondnet vide Na.Ka. No.
24/2021 dated 20.06.2022.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 5th respondent herein to conduct kumbabishekam scheduled to be held on 07.09.2022 for Arulmigu Shakthi Vinyagar at Arulmigu Shakthi Maariamman Temple without obtaining prior permission form the respondents 1 to 3 herein and in pursuant to the order passed by the 4th respondnet vide Na.Ka. No. 24/2021 dated 20.06.2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. No costs.
