ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 08.01.2026 and regularise the service of the petitioner as per the recommendation dated 27.01.2023.”
2. The petitioner’s case is that she was appointed as an Assistant on a temporary basis on consolidated pay pursuant to the resolution passed on 19.06.2021 by the President of the Kundrathur Cooperative Housing Society. Subsequently, on 27.01.2023, another resolution was passed by the President of the Kundrathur Cooperative Housing Society, based on the proceedings of the Registrar of Housing, Chennai dated 01.11.2022 and the recommendation of the 2nd respondent dated 17.02.2022, fixing the petitioner’s pay scale at Rs.3350– 5500–150–6400. Since this resolution has not been implemented, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.01.2026 to the 1st respondent seeking regularisation of her service and fixation of pay scale in accordance with the resolution dated 27.01.2023.
