ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 03.08.2022 for the cancellation of the incorporation of the company M/s. G.K. Development Pvt. Ltd. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date.
Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2022 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
