This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2022.

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2022 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
