ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioners representation to remove the name of the 3rd Respondent in the Impugned Joint Patta No. 1282 in Survey No.32 / 2 to an extent of 5 cents (0.2.00 ares) and dispose of the Petitioner representation dated 09.10.2022.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, based on his representation, the name of 3rd respondent was removed from the Joint Patta and hence, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, he requests this Court to dismiss the present petition.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
