ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal dated 12.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 12.12.2022, against the order passed by the 3rd respondent. However, the said appeal was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's appeal dated 12.12.2022 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st and 3rd respondents to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 12.12.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
