ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Subordinate Court, Kangeyam to dispose of HMOP.No.5 of

2023 within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings in HMOP.No.5 of 2023 are pending before the learned Sub Judge, Subordinate Court, Kangeyam. It is further submitted that the matter has been pending and therefore appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case.

5. Accordingly, the learned Sub Judge, Subordinate Court, Kangeyam, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.5 of 2023 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no orders as to costs.
