ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in CC.No.362 of 2022 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
