ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of stipend amount to the tune of Rs.1,30,000/- in favour of the petitioner for the service rendered between February, 2022, to March, 2023, during 1st year and for one month of 2nd year together with interest till date.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she pursued her Post Diploma DNB in (NBE) Otorhinolargngology during the period between February, 2022, and February, 2024, at Government Headquarters Hospital, Kancheepuram and successfully completed the course. As per the Government Orders namely, (i) G.O. (Ms) No 335, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA -2) Department dated 29.07.2021, (ii) G.O. (Ms) No 98, health and Family Welfare, (MCA -2) Department dated 25.01.2023, the stipend amount has been revised from Rs.35,000/- to Rs.45,0
