ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned dismissal of service order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings No. A.Aa. No.606 /2025 Na.Ka. No.A6/ Tha. Pa 11/ 2025 dated 23.09.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by considering his Representation dated 25.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that challenging the order of dismissal from service, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent on 15.10.2025 and the same is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance this case, this Court is of the view that since the appeal is pending before the second respondent, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
