ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.908 of 2025, thereby modifying the sentence imposed on the accused on condition that the accused shall pay the compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner and if the accused fails to comply the condition, directed the respondent to secure the accused to undergo remaining period of sentence imposed by the trial Court and confirmed by the appellate Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the accused complied the condition and paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner, by way of Demand Draft in No.741858 drawn on Indian Bank, Madras High Court. He also produced a copy of the demand draft before this Court.

3. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
