Mr. R.Muniyapparaj learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by Mr.M.Sylvester John, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents and accedes to the receipt of representation dated 31.12.2025. On instructions, he states that the representation will be considered and disposed within a period of eight (8) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed. Let representation dated 31.12.2025 be disposed in accordance with law and in line with the extant Regulations.
