O R D E R
Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
2. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. The petitioner herein, who is working as a Junior Clerk /
Junior Assistant in the respondent – Society, was subjected to disciplinary proceedings and on conclusion of the said proceedings, she was dismissed from service through proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2/2024, dated 25.03.2025. The petitioner, having been aggrieved by the said order of dismissal from service, claims to have filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act , 1983, and the same is taken on file by the first respondent in R.C.No.1806 of 2025 as early as on 11.04.2025. But, no further steps have been taken by the first respondent thereafter for disposal of the said revision petition.
