Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to implement the Bharat Series (BH-series) introduced by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as per the notification bearing No.G.S.R.594 (E), dated
26.08.2021 and register the petitioner’s vehicle under the said BH registration.
