This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records relating to Condition No.3 of Official Memorandum dated 19.06.2020 in No. 8-325/2019-PP II issued by the First Respondent and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat passed order setting aside the clause concerned and in pursuant to the said order, the first respondent has also withdrawn the said clause which is under challenge in this Writ Petition.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
