ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in SE. Mu. AANAI, No. 7941 / 23 / A2 / Salem dated 01.09.2023 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and made an endorsement to that effect, thereby pleaded to dismiss the petition as infructuous.
In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
