O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to approve the petitioner’s proposal for upgradation of the post of Secondary Grade Teacher as Junior Grade B.T. Assistant from December 2010, in compliance with G.O.Ms.No.100, School Education Department, dated 27.06.2003, with all attendant benefits, including arrears of salary and other monetary benefits, based on the proposals submitted by the second respondent dated 20.11.2019, 06.02.2020 and 12.10.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, after hearing the learned counsel on either side at length, on 03.03.2026, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to get instructions as to whether the proposal submitted for upgradation of the post of Secondary Grade Teacher to Junior Grade B.T. Assistant has been considered or not.

3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader places on record a copy of the proceedings bearing reference Na.Ka.No. 003694/Cipa.Ni1/2023 dated 18.02.2026, whereby the proposal dated 12.10.2021, which is stated to have not been considered in the present Writ Petition, has now been considered and rejected.

4. In view of the above, the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy against the proceedings dated

18.02.2026, in the manner known to law. No costs.
