O R D E R

The present Petition has been filed by the A1 and A2 in C.C.NO.326 of 2025, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the Petitioners have been charged for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) and 379 of IPC.

2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise.

The defacto complainant has agreed for quashing the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present in present in person and he acknowledges the above fact and agrees for quashing the charge sheet.

3.In view of the above facts,charge sheet in C.C.NO.326 of

2025, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
