ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3^rd respondent dated 25.10.2018 and consequently, direct the Respondents 1 to 5 to remove the Gate put up by the 6^th respondent in S.No.16/2, Molagarampatti Village and Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2^nd respondent would submit that the gate put up by the 6^th respondent had already been removed. After inspection, the photograph taken on 06.03.2026 at 01.32 p.m. has also been produced before this Court and it shows that the gate was removed.

3. In such being the case, no further order is required in this writ petition as the request of the petitioner has been considered already and the gate has been removed.

4 In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. It is made clear that if any private dispute is pending, this order will no way affect the rights of the parties to adjudicate the dispute before the Civil Court.
