ORDER
W.M.P.No.9461 of 2026 filed seeking permission to the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered on payment of separate court fee.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to pay compensation to the petitioners in respect of the proposed land acquisition of the lands belonging to the petitioners under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013, based on the petitioners’ representation dated
14.11.2025 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. According to the petitioners, there is a proposal to acquire the petitioners’ lands more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act , 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).
