PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Caretaker Grade-II in the 2020-2021 vacancy based on the Rules and that of the Memorandum of Settlement on promotional avenues in respect of Workmen in Class-III Cadre.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Caretaker Grade-II in the 2020-2021 vacancy based on the Rules and that of the Memorandum of Settlement on promotional avenues in respect of Workmen in Class-III Cadre.
2. Today, the learned counsel for respondents circulated a communication from IDBI, wherein it has been stated as under:
