COMMON ORDER

Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned counsel representing the revision petitioner states that the suit itself has been decreed on 29.8.2025. As the suit itself has been decreed, there is nothing for this Court to revive. In case, the Petitioner is still aggrieved of the order impugned in this revision, it is open to the Civil Revision Petitioner to make it as a ground invoking Section 105(1) of Code of Civil Procedure .

2.With the above liberty, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
